Human Sustainability · Nervous System Regulation · Capacity Restoration
Restored Capacity™ helps hyper-functioning people and organizations restore the physical, emotional, and mental capacity required to live, lead, and sustain what matters most.
Depletion is not your destiny.
The Presenting Condition
It is a pattern. What happens when a person has been doing more, managing more, and holding more for so long that it becomes the only way they know how to exist. Over time, it stops feeling like a choice. And it costs everything.
Who we serve
Whether you are a high-functioning professional quietly running on empty or an organization watching its best people burn out — Restored Capacity meets you where you are.
For individuals
If you are hyper-functioning and quietly depleted, you are not broken. You are running a pattern your nervous system learned to survive — and it is costing you everything. This is where you come back to yourself, without abandoning yourself to do it.
For organizations
Your people are carrying more than they can sustainably hold. The cost shows up in turnover, disengagement, decision fatigue, absenteeism, and teams that are technically functioning but quietly depleted. Restored Capacity helps organizations address the human side of sustainability — because your organization can only be as sustainable as the people running it.
For organizations
Capacity depletion is not a personal problem. It is a human sustainability problem. Restored Capacity works with organizations to build the conditions for sustainable people, sustainable leadership, and sustainable results — so individuals can live and lead well without losing themselves in the process.

The method
Every Restored Capacity engagement moves through five interconnected pillars. Each can stand alone. Together they form a complete path from chronic depletion back to yourself.
01
Recognize
What you can see, you can change.
02
Release
What you release, releases you.
03
Regulate
Steady yourself. Everything else follows.
04
Restore
Rest supports you. Restoration sustains you.
05
Reclaim
You don’t find you, you decide you.

Client Experiences
"Starting yoga has truly been a game changer for me mentally, physically and emotionally."
Every release and restore session I’ve attended I left feeling refreshed, refocused and relaxed. I recommend everyone to give this class a try — promise you won’t regret it!
"You’re not just relaxed, you’re reset."
There’s something about Ro’s class that’s hard to put into words. You just have to experience it. Ro has this calm about her that somehow transfers straight to you. From the moment class starts, the noise in your head just quiets down. She sees you, adjusts for you, and creates this rare space where you can actually be still.
"Restored Capacity gave me the pause I didn’t realize I needed."
The sessions helped me slow down, quiet my mind, breathe deeply, and simply be present. Afterward, I felt lighter, refreshed, and restored. Roshonda creates such a calming and safe space to reset mentally and emotionally. I highly recommend these sessions for anyone needing rest, peace, and renewal.
"Such a welcoming and supportive environment!"
My first yoga class was an amazing experience! The instructor was very patient, showed modifications for the movements, and gave positive affirmations that kept me motivated. I appreciated how she modeled each movement and even came by to personally demonstrate poses for me.
"The experience exceeded my expectations."
I recently attended my first yoga class with Roshonda, and it was absolutely an enjoyable experience. Her instructions were clear and very encouraging. I left feeling refreshed and with a new appreciation for yoga.
"I left feeling refreshed, centered, and looking forward to my next class."
I had such a wonderful yoga experience with Roshonda. The environment was calm, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable regardless of skill level. She explained each pose clearly and encouraged relaxation throughout the session.

Mindless Moments™
Do you recognize this?
Operating on autopilot — disconnected, overlooking details, misplacing things, and moving through life without presence. Not a lack of discipline. A lack of capacity.

A culture that rewards constant output is quietly exhausting people from the inside out.
High-achieving professionals are functioning, producing, leading, caregiving, and pushing through while feeling mentally depleted, emotionally disconnected, and chronically “on.” They carry a body that has been braced for so long that they forgot what release feels like. Tight chest. Tense shoulders. Shallow breath. Clenched jaw. This has become normalized depletion. But depletion is not your destiny.
Many have learned how to perform under pressure. Few have learned how to sustainably live within their capacity.
Restored Capacity™ is a human sustainability brand helping overextended individuals and organizations restore the mental, emotional, and physical capacity required to live and lead well.
Through nervous system education, restorative wellness experiences, mindfulness-based practices, breathwork, yoga, and human sustainability strategies, Restored Capacity helps clients move from survival mode and overextension into regulation, restoration, and intentional living.
Founder Roshonda Guest created Restored Capacity after experiencing firsthand what happens when chronic stress, overcommitment, and constant performance disconnect you from yourself. What began as a personal restoration journey evolved into a mission to help others recognize the difference between functioning and truly sustaining themselves.
Restored Capacity serves professionals, organizations, and communities through restorative yoga and nervous system restoration experiences, corporate wellness and human sustainability trainings, keynotes and workshops on resilience and sustained capacity, breathwork, mindfulness, and restorative practices, and capacity-centered wellness education and experiences.
At the center of the work is one belief: sustainable success is not built on endurance alone. It requires capacity. That is where we begin, because depletion is not your destiny.
